The Server Center keeps items for numerous customers, so please
notify us in advance if you need us to take care of something for
you.Advance notice will help us make better arrangements and avoid
mishaps in receiving items.

Advance Notice to the Server Center

 Points
to note when sending items via a forwarding agency. |

- Clearly indicate your name (company name) and Network ID in
the reference column of the consignment voucher.
- Clearly indicate the person in charge of handling the item
and the scheduled date of delivery in the reference column of
the consignment voucher.
- Items cannot be received in at night and on holidays.(Please
arrange delivery so that the item arrives at the Server Center
during business hours on weekdays.)
- Prease contact to sales department about sending address of your items.

| Bringing items in person |
|
We do not restrict our customers' from bringing items to the Server
Center in person.However, please note that we do not have any parking
space at the Server Center.Please be prepared to find a parking space
somewhere outside of the premises.

| Bringing
in special or large items |
|
Bringing in special or large items requires some arrangements with
the company in charge of building maintenance.Please call us well
in advance if you plan to have such an item brought into the Server
Center. Also note that special or large items cannot be brought in
at night.
