| Issuing an admission card |

When entering the Server Center, please present the
admission card we provided you with earlier, together with your identification
(drivers license, ID card issued by your company, etc.). If
you do not present these identifications, will you not be allowed
to enter the Server Center unless accompanied by someone who
has an admission card.

□ Applying for an admission card
When you apply for an admission card, you will need to submit
an application form, stamped with the seal of a representative
partner of a party contracted to use a designated service at the Server Center.
(We will accept execution by a responsible person with his/her
private seal.)
We do not check the identities of individuals who enter the Server
Center.The responsible party from the company contracted to use
the Server Center is fully responsible for redistribution of cards
to individuals and control of the use of the cards.
□ Conditions to distribute cards
Cards can be distributed to workers of your company as well as
workers of related companies or institutions assigned to perform
maintenance operations.
□ Number of cards
A maximum of 10 cards are provided per one contract.To keep your
server as secure as possible, please apply only for the number
of cards you need.
(We can issue additional cards afterwards, as long as the total
number does not exceed 10.)
□ Entry of your companions
A person without an admission card can enter the Server Center
only if accompanied by a person who has an admission card.
□ Restricting operations in the rack
You can restrict the persons authorized to use cards and operate within
specific racks. If you wish to do so, please register the restriction
at Confirmation of Admission Card Receipt/Information Application
